Yes, we currently ship worldwide to most countries. However there are some areas that we are looking to establish a proper shipping network and can not offer our services to at this time. Please note that delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Myrthland is not responsible for these delays or applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. 

For U.S. residents and international customers order processing can take up to 5 business days. If you place your order on a Friday after 11 am eastern standard time, order processing will begin the following Monday. (The United State's holiday season can cause a delay in processing times.)

For U.S residents after your order has been processed (order processing can take up to 5 business days), standard shipping can take an additional week depending on where you live in the U.S. (barring inclement weather or other unforeseen incidents outside of our control.) Please allow 2 weeks to receive your order. Some items from your order may ship separately, (you will be notified of this) however the 2 week time frame may still apply. Please note these times can be effected by the holiday season and there could be a delay due to increased volume of deliveries. 

For customers outside of the U.S. order processing can take up to 5 business days and shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on where you reside. Please note that these times can be affected by the United State's holiday season and/or your countries customs process. Myrthland does not enforce custom fees and we are not able to waive the fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us. Import duties, custom fees, taxes, or any other charges posed by your country's government are the sole responsibility of the customer even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

If you reside within the United States you will be sent a tracking number for your order. If your order needs to be split into multiple packages then you will have tracking numbers for each to refer to.
